Privacy policy
This policy explains what information SoLS AI ("we", "us") collects through sols-ai.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation and message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a project, internship or collaboration you asked about, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and troubleshooting. To protect the contact form from abuse, we temporarily store a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 10 minutes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Google Maps — only loaded if you click "Show map", after which Google's own privacy policy applies.
- WhatsApp and Zenodo — only if you follow links to those services.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when required by law or with service providers (such as our email and hosting providers) who help us run this website.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing research@sols-ai.com.
